Terms of service

These terms apply between you and Charlotte Price Consulting Limited (GST number 149-800-316) for the TYFCB email service.

The service

Once a month we read your connected Xero organisation and email you a list of paid invoices for clients in contact groups whose name starts with BNI, grouped by group name. The list depends on how you tag clients in Xero and on Xero being available. You remain responsible for checking each slip before you log it in BNI Connect.

Price and payment

The service costs NZD 10 a month, including GST, billed monthly in advance by Stripe. Your first month is free. We will give you at least 30 days' notice by email of any price change.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from the link in any email. Your subscription ends at the close of the month already paid for, and your Xero connection is deleted. We may end the service with 30 days' notice and refund any unused part of a month.

Business use

You are using this service for the purposes of a business, so the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 does not apply, to the extent the law allows.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect loss.

Independence

TYFCB email is an independent service. It is not provided, affiliated with or endorsed by BNI or by Xero.
